以乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)、二乙烯三胺(DETA)和四乙烯五胺(TEPA)物理浸渍后的白色玻璃状无定型硅胶(Q)作为CO2吸附剂,考察了有机胺负载量、有机胺分子链长短和羟基数量对CO2吸附性能的影响以及吸附剂的再生性能.实验结果表明:50%TEPA-Q具有最大的CO2吸附量,为2.589mmol/g.经过10次吸附-真空脱附循环后,50% TEPA-Q的CO2吸附能力仅下降了8.034%,具有较好的循环稳定性.

White glassy amorphous silica gel (Q) was physical impregnated with monoethanolamine (MEA),diethanolamine (DEA),diethylene triamine (DETA) and tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA) as CO2 adsorbent.Influence of the loadings,the molecular chain length and he number of hydroxyl groups of the organic amines on CO2 adsorption capacity,as well as the regeneration were investigated.Results showed that the 50%0TEPA-Q has the maximum CO2 adsorption capacity,which is 2.589mmol/g.After 10 adsorptiondesorption cycles,the CO2 adsorption capacity of the 50% TEPA-Q just decreases 8.034%,indicating the excellent cyclic stability.
